Early-access status
The software and relay may change, experience downtime or contain defects. Features, storage formats, pairing behavior and compatibility may be updated before a stable release.
Your responsibility
Keep an independent backup of important files. PhoneToPC should not be the only copy of irreplaceable photos or documents. You are responsible for the Windows PC, its disk health, operating system updates and physical access security.
Acceptable use
Do not use the relay to attack systems, distribute malware, bypass access controls, interfere with other users or store and transfer content you are not authorized to possess.
Accounts and credentials
Protect pairing QR codes, passwords and downloaded packages. If you believe credentials were exposed, stop the host and rotate credentials through a planned re-pairing process.
Availability
The relay is provided without a guaranteed service-level agreement during early access. The Windows PC must be online and connected for remote file access to work.
Warranty and liability
The early-access software is provided for testing without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose or protection against every form of data loss. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and published version of these terms.
