No. The relay authenticates users and routes requests through the active PC tunnel. The actual files remain on the paired Windows PC.
Yes. After relay pairing, the Android app can reach the PC from another Wi-Fi network or mobile data while the PC host is online.
No port forwarding is required. The PC creates an outbound authenticated websocket tunnel to the relay.
Remote files become temporarily unavailable and the relay returns a closed failure instead of attempting a direct network fallback.
